Of all the so-called “Right-wing Peaceniks” (RWP) I detest most perhaps for their and their follower’s duplicity are perhaps these two, as they’re the ones whom The American Conservative magazine and Responsible Statecraft following closely behind, celebrated first as the aforementioned “Peaceniks.” After Trump of course.

And here is current “New Right” favorite, Matt Gaetz, of whom the Cognitive Operation meme of RWP was particularly successful getting even otherwise sound-thinking Stephen Kinzer, who contributed no small amout of historical research showing it was Republicans like Teddy Roosevelt, and the Dulles brothers who created Perpetual War conditions, to buy into the fallacious claim that Republicans were always the “Party of Restraint.” When anyone who was even only partially “awake” during only a part of the Cold War, knows better. But here is Gaetz going all-out with war incitement on behalf of his “Realism and Restraint” National Conservatives and their Israeli Settler partners:
